Hypnotherapy
What hypnotherapy can help with
What happens when Iām hypnotised?
We naturally enter a hypnotic state several times a day, like when daydreaming, driving, or getting lost in a book. In these moments, your mind is deeply relaxed and open to change. Hypnosis recreates this state. Each session includes a discussion about your progress, followed by a tailored hypnosis session aimed at your goals. Hypnosis is very relaxing and often the most enjoyable part of the process.
How does hypnotherapy work?
When relaxed, the conscious mind can step back and allow communication with the subconscious, where habits, behaviours, and fears are stored. Hypnosis successfully creates the calm state that is needed for the subconscious to accept positive suggestions, to help break bad habits, change behaviours, or overcome anxiety, trauma, or phobias.
