Hello, I’m Julie
I am an Integrative Counsellor who draws from Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural, and Interpersonal approaches to create a safe, supportive space where genuine reflection and deeper exploration can take place. I also incorporate Nature Therapy where appropriate, recognising the grounding, regulating and restorative effects that time in nature can offer. I’ve recently completed my Shamanic Practitioner training as well, which brings in an understanding of ancestral trauma, spiritual development, and the healing power of nature’s cycles in an increasingly busy modern world.
Therapy offers an opportunity to look closely at ourselves — our past, our present, and the patterns that shape our lives. I hold space for you to be at the centre of this process, helping you explore what has brought you here and what you need now. I aim to support you in navigating life’s challenges in a way that honours your own pace, wisdom, and individuality.
