We offer a tailored approach, which may include a mix of therapies.
You'll have a dedicated therapist as you explore and move forward in your journey.
Our consultation process
After making initial contact, we invite you to a free 30-minute consultation. This is not a therapy session, but an opportunity for us to learn about you and for you to understand how we work and how we can support you.
During this session, we can provide psychoeducation about your emotions and the brain-body connection that might be keeping you stuck in repetitive behavioural patterns. Regardless of your past experiences, here at Inside Matters, we believe you have the right to reconnect with yourself and learn healthier ways to live a fulfilling life.
We offer in-person, online and telephone sessions.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is commonly used in the NHS, often recommended by GPs as a form of talking therapy. Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) is a form of CBT that helps individuals identify and change, deep rooted, irrational beliefs that contribute to problematic behaviours and emotional distress.

Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique for helping individuals heal from trauma by processing memories through specific eye movements.

Hypnosis successfully creates the calm state that is needed for the subconscious to accept positive suggestions, to help break bad habits, change behaviours, or overcome anxiety, trauma, or phobias.

Nutritional guidance can be accessed on its own as well as accompanying other types of counselling support, to really promote significant and sustainable change, inside & out.

Mindfulness and breathwork offer a multitude of benefits that enhance mental, emotional, physical and social well-being.

Energy levels can be restored, aiding in recovery from stress, anxiety, chronic pain, or for achieving clarity and inner calm.

Understanding and accepting how we are wired, including the difference between learned behaviours and personality traits, is key. We provide a non-judgmental, supportive space for clients to explore their neurodiversity.
